Project payments
Custom development engagements are typically billed in milestones agreed in the project proposal, with an upfront deposit required before work begins.
Product subscriptions
Subscription products such as Hybrasoft Vendidge are billed on a recurring basis as described at the point of purchase, in advance of each billing period.
Accepted payment methods
We accept bank transfer and other methods agreed with your account contact. Details are shared directly during onboarding.
Late payments
Work may be paused on invoices unpaid past their due date until payment is received, in line with the terms of the individual client agreement.
